Committee volunteers needed for the following:

Friday Night event

1. Fish Fry Dinner - volunteers Shelli Fadel and Kathy Fadel

2. Variety Show - VOLUNTEER NEEDED

3. Lighting of the Falls & Fireworks - VOLUNTEER NEEDED

(organize people and take them to the falls, remember the fireworks starts at 10:00 PM)

Fund Raising - VOLUNTEERS NEEED

Sponsorship - all event committee shall solicit donations to underwrite their specific events

Meeting Facilities -4 moreVOLUNTEERS NEEDED

Shall work with hotel Conference Service to ensuere that each Conference event (non-social), is set up correctly, including tables and chair arangements, podiums, stage/platforms, audo Audio/visual equipmentas needed and any other items.

Shall work with Archdiocese dept/organizations and diocese organizations to make sure all of their requiremets for their respecive conference events are properly taken care of.

Reception/VIP: CHAIR NEEDED

check with manual for specifics.

Publicity/Mailing - VOLUNTEERS NEEDED during week of March 30th to April 10th.

Registration and Registration Check-in: CHAIR NEEDED along with VOLUNTEERS for shifts during Thursday 25th and Friday 26th up to 8:00 PM.

Youth and Child Care: CHAIR NEEDED along with VOLUNTEERS

Teens: CHAIR NEEDED

Remember all event reservations and seatings must be coorinated by each event chair
